Tsar Vampire

Vincent asked for a Tsar vampire: greedy Tsars can become vampires by drinking the blood of the birds of life. The more they drink, the more they grow and become bat like. When they grow bigger they become Dragons. They can turn humans into vampires, but since their victims did not drink from the bird of life, they only create degenerate servants. When your Tsar turn into a vampire, there is no choice: heroes must gather to destroy him, if not, after a generation or two he will eventually transform into a dragon and ravage the land!
